LIMITED BASIS PARTICIPANT
A Limited Basis Participant (LBP) is an owner or operator of underground facilities, but which elects not to be classified as a full voting and participating member of O.U.P.S. An LBP is not eligible to receive excavation notifications from O.U.P.S.

You choose the County / Counties, Cities, or Townships in which your underground facilities are involved

O.U.P.S. will inform the caller you have underground facilities in those geopolitical areas. It is the developer or excavators responsibility to contact you directly. You will not receive notification from O.U.P.S.

Billed annually for each referral with a minimum annual fee
