CONTRACT LOCATORS
Homeowners with privately owned and installed lines, such as those powering yard lights, gas lamps, underground sprinkler system and invisible fences, may need to hire a contract locator if they cannot pinpoint the exact location of these lines. The homeowner—not O.U.P.S.—must cover this expense.
