i-grid
i-grid is a fast and easy alternative program that allows members 24 hour access to keep service area databases up-to-date.
This program uses a real time online software package that directly interfaces with O.U.P.S. computerized mapping database and grid overlays to administer and upgrade the chosen service areas.
Another feature of the i-grid program is the history function. This feature gives users a three month archive of tickets received for their given service area. Each ticket will show a map of the notified area.
Participating utility members are given a unique i-grid login name and password to access the system.
