O.U.P.S. EDUCATION & SAFETY LIAISONS
O.U.P.S.' liaisons play a crucial role in our quest to promote safe digging. Working closely with contractors, excavators, contract locators and our member network of utilities and underground facility owners, they travel throughout the state to spread our message. They are also available to conduct FREE safety talks to virtually any audience, including businesses, homeowners associations, community groups, schools and government offices.
For O.U.P.S. members, the liaisons serve another important function. As your representative to the O.U.P.S. management team and staff, they can communication your comments and insights between member meetings and make sure your voice is heard. They are available to meet with you to discuss questions and concerns related to membership; O.U.P.S. programs, policies and services; and damage prevention.
