For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about building things — whether it was creating solutions, solving complex challenges, or rethinking how industries operate. Throughout my career in software and technology, I’ve witnessed firsthand how transformative innovation can influence behavior, drive change, and revolutionize entire industries.
When I joined Norfield in 2021, I was inspired by the company’s legacy of innovation and the relentless dedication of a team committed to solving real-world problems. For over 40 years, Norfield has led the charge in advancing technology for the damage prevention industry, ensuring that businesses and communities operate more safely and efficiently.
