I-dig Remote Ticket Entry (RTE) is a real-time, web-based ticket entry program for professional excavators, contractors, and utility facility owners.
With i-dig RTE, excavators and facility owners can enter and search their tickets online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This program is designed for users to submit routine (48hr) and design tickets in their own words. Additional features allow users to search, repeat, update and manage company tickets, all from the convenience of a computer or mobile device. Any requests less than 48 hours, Emergency, Large Project or reporting cut/exposed lines must be submitted through an OHIO811 Customer Service Representative at 1-800-362-2764 or dial 811.

Each individual user is responsible for the contents of the training course which includes completing the questionnaire and creating their own login. There is NO sharing of user names and passwords even within companies.
